If you are interested in gaining editorial experience and handling original high-quality manuscripts in the most important fields of nanotechnology, then this is the opportunity for you! As a guest editor, you will be responsible for the peer-review process, including the selection of potential authors and reviewers. Our in-house editorial team will support you along the way. Following our editorial policies, manuscripts submitted to a thematic issue are pre-screened for quality and importance and examined for plagiarism and originality, leaving the editorial decisions to you.

Desired applicant profile
We are particularly interested in supporting candidates in the early stages of their independent research career (for example, assistant professor level or an equivalent position). They should have a keen interest in broadening and utilizing their and our existing diverse networks across different institutions and countries. Importantly, candidates should have a publication history in reputable journals in fields related to the proposed thematic issue. Previous editorial experience is an advantage.
