detected (12–22%) (Table 2, Runs 2–8). In N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) and N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), the dehydrocoupling failed to reach completion being heated at 100 °C for 48 h, and significant amounts of Et3SiH were detected (Table 2, Runs 9 and 10).
